A survival game with card and hero collection elements. Build your collection to survive as long as you can. Earn gold in battle to grow your army and increase their power. Every hero is unique with a role to play in combat, and your deck fuels mighty spells to support them. There are no useless heroes—everyone fights, everyone contributes.

You can’t rely on numbers alone. Upgrading your Tower, Cards, Heroes, and their Skills is essential to victory.

• Tower: Level each base stat. These also affect your summon cards.
• Cards: Collect duplicates and spend gold to raise card level and power.
• Heroes: Level to increase stats. At cap, Prestige with gold + hero shards to raise the cap (level resets).
• Hero Skills: Spend gold to level skills (random bonuses per level). At cap, Prestige to reset the level, raise its cap, and add a modifier.

The game is currently targeted for mobile—Android and iOS. PC and console aren’t off the table for the future.

• App activity & gameplay: session events, progression, items/cards owned, balance, match/wave results.

• Identifiers: app-scoped identifiers and, if your platform/ads setting allows, an advertising ID for rewarded ads/attribution.
• Purchases: purchase metadata from the app store (we never receive full payment details).
• Account info (if you sign in): display name or account ID and linked gameplay profile.

How We Use Data

• Run core features (save progress, matchmaking/events where enabled, cloud save, leaderboards).
• Improve performance and stability (analytics, diagnostics, crash reports).
• Security, fraud prevention, abuse detection, and enforcing our EULA.
• Rewarded ads and attribution where applicable (respecting device ad settings).

Sharing

We share data with service providers strictly to provide the game and website (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, content delivery). We may disclose data if required by law or to protect users and our rights. We don’t sell personal data.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for gameplay, operations, and legal requirements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify the data.

Your Choices & Rights

• Access/Delete: Email support@bcuzeyecan.com with your Player ID to request access or deletion.
• Ads: You can reset/limit ad tracking in your device settings. If ads are disabled by the OS, we won’t use an ad ID.
• Analytics opt-out: Where supported, we honor platform privacy controls and in-app toggles (when provided).

Children

“Hold The Keep” isn’t directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries. We use appropriate safeguards where required.

License: We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and play “Hold The Keep” for personal entertainment.

Restrictions

• No resale, rental, or other commercial use without written permission.
• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content or behavior.

Online Services & Updates

Online features, events, and progression systems may change or be discontinued. Updates/patches may be required to continue playing.

Ownership

We and our licensors own all rights in the game and its content. You own your device and a license to use the software.

User Content

Where supported, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display content you submit in connection with the game.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for EULA violations, fraud, or illegal activity. You may stop using the game at any time.

Warranty & Liability

The game is provided “as is,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited and excludes indirect or consequential damages where permitted.

Florida, USA (subject to any non-waivable consumer protections in your region).
