We usually respond within 1–3 business days. Bugs with repro steps and device info are prioritized.
What should I include in a bug report?
- Your Username (HTK)
- Device model & OS
- App version/build
- Steps to reproduce
- Screenshot or short video
How do I request my data or deletion?
Email Support@bcuzeyecan.com using the subject “HTK Data Request” and include your Username.
Refunds & purchases
